Product Display/Colors
The T-shirt.ca website attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using. Some variance can and should be expected.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and T-shirt.ca reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, T-shirt.ca will issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with T-shirt.ca’s Return Policy.
Why is the price different from one webpage to another?
There are many factors as to why prices may show up differently than the "As Low As" price advertised on our website. The "As Low As" price is the best price you can get on items. The best prices on items are for sizes Small-Xl, most commonly in the color White, in quantities of 36 pieces or more. Colored shirts may be more expensive and pricing for sizes 2XL and larger may also be more expensive depending on the style. These prices will be shown after selecting a size and color from our color drop down.
Content Caching is another reason the price shown may be different from one page to another. We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is up to date however, some internet technology providers outside of our control may use technologies known as "content caching". Examples of "content caching is where your web browser (user agent) is set to: "store temporary internet files" or "make a page available offline". Additionally, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and networks may use "caching servers" which serve up copies of web pages they have stored rather than requesting the actual and most up to date content from our servers. Search Engines/Directories and Archive Technologies such as "web.archive.org" may also offer up cached copies of old web pages which are many years out of date. Google and other search engines also offer cached copies of pages which, again, may not reflect the current data and pricing information on our websites. We cannot be held responsible and cannot honor cached pricing information from third party caching servers over which we have no control.
Sales Tax Policy
Because T-shirt.ca does business throughout Canada and collects and remits sales tax as required by law, the T-shirt.ca website also collects and remits sales tax as appropriate. Individuals that have provided either a PST number or Certificate of Resale (residing in the province of British Columbia), or those that meet the requirements for First Nations Indigenous Status are eligible for tax exemptions. For First Nations tax exemption, T-Shirt.ca must be sent a photo of the front and back of the status card of the person placing the order, and the shipment must be delivered to reserve land.
Paying for Your Order
If you have chosen Visa, MasterCard, Amex or PayPal, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged the full order total when you select ‘Place Order’ at the checkout. Any adjustments to the order after it has been placed will be issued either as a refund to the original payment, or as an additional transaction.
Orders placed with Sezzle will be charged bi-weekly, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions listed on Sezzle’s website. Customers that have selected eTransfer as their method of payment will be contacted with full instructions on how to fulfill the transfer. Orders with eTransfer selected will not be shipped until T-shirt.ca has received the full payment amount. T-Shirt.ca will not hold inventory for any order placed until we have received payment in full.
T-shirt.ca does not accept Purchase Orders, with the only exception being for schools. Any school that wishes to pay for their order with a cheque must still submit the order online by selecting the ‘eTransfer’ payment method. Schools paying with cheque must remit their payment within Net 30 days.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you have given us with the order.
If an order is rejected, we will process a refund to the charge that has been made against your card.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The T-shirt.ca website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Order Limitations
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the email address you gave us when you placed the order.
Shipping
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to T-shirt.ca shipping policies. In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 30 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
Termination of Use
T-shirt.ca may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the T-shirt.ca website at any time. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. T-shirt.ca reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of the T-shirt.ca website at any time without prior notice.
