What is my order status?

You can check your T-shirt.ca order status through your account or by using the chat option on our website.

Check Through Your Account

  1. Sign in to your T-shirt.ca account.
  2. Select Account in the top-right corner of the website.
  3. Open your order history to view your current and previous orders.

Check Through Chat

If you have your order ID, you can also use the chat option in the bottom-right corner of the website:

  1. Select Order Status.
  2. Enter your order ID.
  3. Your available order details will be displayed.
