Payment Options

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express

To pay by credit card, enter your name, billing address, card number, expiry date, and security code. The security code is typically the three-digit number on the back of your card or the four-digit number on the front of an American Express card.

To avoid delays, ensure that your name and billing address match the information on your credit card statement. Orders containing missing or incorrect information may be held until the details are corrected and confirmed with your bank.

Interac e-Transfer

To pay by Interac e-Transfer, you need an email address and access to online or mobile banking. After selecting Interac e-Transfer at checkout, you will see a list of participating financial institutions. If your bank is not listed, log in directly through its website or mobile app.

  1. Sign in to your online or mobile banking account.
  2. Select Interac e-Transfer or Interac Email Money Transfer from the transfer or payment menu.
  3. Add T-shirt.ca as a recipient using the following email address: sales@t-shirt.ca
  4. Enter the payment amount and select the bank account from which the funds will be withdrawn.
  5. Enter your six-digit order ID in the message section so we can match the payment to your order.
  6. Review the information and follow your bank’s instructions to complete the transfer.

We will process your order for shipping once we receive confirmation of your payment.

Please note: Depending on your bank’s daily sending limit, orders over $1,000 may need to be paid in two instalments over a 24-hour period. Contact your bank if you are unsure of your e-Transfer limit.

Please send your payment promptly because products are not reserved while payment is pending. If an item becomes unavailable or needs to be substituted, we cannot change the amount of an existing e-Transfer. You may need to cancel the original transfer and submit a new one for the revised amount.

PayPal

You do not need a PayPal account to pay using PayPal, although having an account may help speed up the checkout process. To create an account, visit PayPal.

When checking out on T-shirt.ca, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment securely.

To help avoid processing delays, ensure that the shipping address in your PayPal account is confirmed before placing your order.

Sezzle

Sezzle allows eligible customers to divide an order into four interest-free instalments over six weeks. Select Sezzle at checkout, and you will be redirected to create or sign in to your Sezzle account. Approval and payment terms are managed by Sezzle.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay provides a safe, secure, and private way to pay on supported devices and browsers. When Apple Pay is available at checkout, select it and click or tap Place Order. Apple Pay will then open for payment confirmation.

Pay by Purchase Order

Large businesses, schools, government agencies, and other organizations that require payment by purchase order can visit our Pay by Purchase Order page for eligibility and application information.

Once your application has been reviewed and approved, your account will be added to the Pay by PO customer group. The purchase-order payment option will then become available during online checkout.
