Returns & Exchanges

Need to return all or part of your order? No problem! Follow these steps to submit a return request:

  1. Sign in to your T-shirt.ca account.
  2. Open your order history.
  3. Locate the order containing the items you want to return.
  4. Select Return Items.
  5. Select the items and quantities you want to return.
  6. Choose the appropriate return reason.
  7. Submit your return request.

Once we receive your request, we’ll email you with return instructions and the next steps.

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date.
  • All returns must be authorized by T-shirt.ca.
  • Returns without a return authorization number (RA) will be refused.
  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Altered or washed garments cannot be returned.
  • Items that have already been replaced cannot be returned.

Important Return Information

  • Returns sent to a location—including our head office—not specified in the return instructions may be subject to additional shipping fees.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returns must be sent by courier. Local drop-off is not available.
  • Claims for defective, damaged, or lost items must be submitted within 10 days of the purchase date.
  • Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed after the returned items are delivered to our warehouse.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. However, you are welcome to return an eligible item and place a new order at your convenience.

Return to Sender

Orders returned to the sender, including refused deliveries, are subject to a restocking fee.

Cancellations

  • Once an order has been sent to our warehouses for processing, we cannot cancel or modify it.
  • Orders are generally released for processing within ten minutes of being placed, including outside our regular operating hours.
  • Please carefully review your order details before submitting your order.
  • Once the order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
