How long will my refund take?
Once our warehouse receives and approves your return, our customer service team will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed:
- Returns sent by courier: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received and approved.
- Refused packages: Refunds may take up to 10 business days after the package is returned to our warehouse.
