Customer Responsibility for Submitted Artwork

By uploading or submitting artwork to us, you confirm that:

• You own the submitted artwork, logo, image, text, or design, or have obtained all necessary permissions, licences, and authorizations to use it for custom printing.
• Your use of the submitted content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, brand, privacy right, publicity right, or other third-party intellectual property right.

Do We Verify Artwork Ownership?

No. We do not independently verify the ownership of submitted artwork or whether you have permission to use it.

You are responsible for any claims, disputes, damages, costs, or legal issues arising from the artwork or other content you submit for printing.

Can We Refuse Submitted Artwork?

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order containing artwork that we reasonably believe may infringe a third party’s intellectual property rights or otherwise violate applicable laws.

Why Do We Retain Uploaded Artwork?

Uploaded artwork and design files may be retained to:

• Fulfill and produce current orders
• Respond to customer service requests
• Maintain production and order records
• Make future reorders easier
