Shipping Rates

  • Shipping starts at $12.95 and is calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location.
  • For an accurate estimate, add the desired items to your cart and enter your postal code.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $500 before tax.*

Shipping Speed

  • Delivery times depend on your location relative to our three warehouses in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia.
  • Apparel orders placed before 4:00 p.m. local warehouse time typically ship the same business day.
  • Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimated by the courier and are generally accurate but are not guaranteed. These estimates assume the order is processed without delays or unforeseen issues.
  • Delivery within the same province typically takes 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery to a different province usually takes 2–5 business days.
  • Purolator Express is typically delivered the next business day to most Canadian addresses.

DTF Shipping and Pickup

  • DTF transfers ship from our Vancouver, BC facility.
  • Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PT (2:00 p.m. ET) typically ship the same business day.
  • Delivery times shown at checkout are provided by the carriers and are generally accurate for DTF orders placed before the daily cutoff.
  • Pickup is available from our Vancouver facility at 24 W 2nd Ave. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready.

Additional Shipping Details

  • We ship orders using UPS Standard, Purolator Ground, and Purolator Express.
  • Orders may ship from multiple warehouses, which can result in additional shipping costs or longer delivery times.
  • Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout. Product availability and shipping locations may change before your order is completed.
  • Orders over 500 lb—approximately 1,000 T-shirts—ship free through a freight forwarder. Freight shipping typically adds 1–2 business days to the standard delivery time, and courier options will not appear at checkout. If you prefer courier shipping, please place multiple smaller orders.
  • For express courier service on larger quantities, keep each order under 500 lb. Available express options will then appear at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Once order processing begins, the shipping method cannot be changed.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or addresses outside Canada.
  • We are currently unable to ship orders to Nunavut.
  • Same-day delivery is not available.

*Some remote or rural locations may not qualify for free shipping, even when the order meets the minimum value. In these cases, a customer service representative will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will proceed once the additional charges are approved.

Order Notes

  • Order notes require manual review and may delay processing, particularly outside regular business hours.
  • Delivery requests are not guaranteed, and couriers cannot be contacted by phone.

Tracking Information

  • You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
  • If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder before contacting customer service.

Apparel Pickup

  • Warehouse pickup is not available for apparel because our warehouse facilities are not open to the public.
