Stick to the blends
I'm a big fan of the polyester and cotton blends. They maintain their size, soft feel, and come out of the dryer wrinkle free. They also fit great! Unfortunately the 100% cotton shirts that I've purchased have shrunk and always come out of the dryer very, very wrinkly. The price is right, so its not a big deal if you happen to get a dud.

My go-to shirt for htv.
These shirts are perfect for htv use. Cold water wash and hang to dry. My clients love the softness and the vast colour selection.

Great quality, but...
These shirts are great quality. I got the charcoal and the dark chocolate. They are super-soft, BUT the darker colours do tend to attract more pet hair. I have a few other shirts with this very soft cotton from the past few years, it seems to be an industry trend but the manufacturing process must add some extra static or something. If you have pets, stick with lighter shades and you'll be very happy.
