Let's get out our pink shirts for anti-bullying day!
What’s up with those pink shirts? If you’re new to Pink Shirt Day or don’t know what the spiel is, a pink shirt worn on February 27th of every year symbolizes the anti-bullying movement. A pink shirt helps remind people to be kind to one another especially when bullying is a major problem in our schools, workplaces, homes, and online. Over the month of February, and throughout the year, Pink Shirt Day aims to raise awareness of these issues, as well as raise funds to support programs that foster children’s healthy self-esteem.
Every day should be anti-bullying day, but we know that it may not always be that way. Join us as we proudly wear or pink shirts to stand up against bullying.
