Customer Artwork, Logos, & Uploaded Files
When submitting artwork, logos, images, text, or design files for Direct to Film (DTF) printing, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use and reproduce all submitted content.
By uploading or submitting artwork to us, you confirm that:
- You own the artwork, logo, image, or design; or
- You have obtained all necessary permissions, licences, or authorizations to use the content for custom printing; and
- The submitted content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, brand, logo, privacy right, publicity right, or other third-party intellectual property right.
We do not independently verify ownership or usage rights for submitted artwork. You are solely responsible for any claims, disputes, damages, costs, or legal issues arising from the use of artwork or content you provide.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing artwork that we reasonably believe may infringe on a third party’s intellectual property rights or otherwise violate applicable laws.
Uploaded artwork and design files may be retained to help us fulfill current orders, respond to customer service requests, maintain production records, and make future reorders easier.
