Dear Customers,

It's that time of year again! No, not Hallowe'en; it's time to do our yearly inventory. All of our warehouses will be closing at 12:00pm (local time) to do our annual inventory count. No orders will be released during that time.

Please also note that if this process takes longer than anticipated, some warehouses may have a continued delay into Monday morning. If you are in a rush to receive your order, it is extremely important to leave a note that includes your deadline in your order instructions/comments. While it's not guaranteed that we'll be able to accommodate it, we can then ensure that we look into the most efficient shipping methods.

Our customer service staff will still be in the office during regular business hours to answer any inquiries you may have during that time.
