Print File Requirements

• Resolution: For sharp, high-quality DTF prints, your artwork should be created at 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the actual print size you want produced.
• Background: For the best DTF printing results, your artwork should have a transparent background unless you intentionally want the background printed.
• Image Size: Use our Gangsheet Builder to resize your artwork to the exact dimensions required for printing.
• Orientation: Please upload your artwork in the correct reading direction. Do not mirror, flip, or reverse your image before uploading.
• Opacity: For best DTF printing results, avoid using translucent, semi-transparent, or low-opacity elements in your artwork. DTF printing works best with solid, fully opaque colours.
• Line Thickness: For clean, durable DTF prints, all lines and small details should be at least 0.5 mm thick. Very thin lines and fine details may not receive enough adhesive powder during the production process to properly bond to the garment when heat pressed.
• Accepted File Formats: PNG, PDF, SVG, JPG, PSD, AI/ESP

Heat Press Instructions

1. Pressure: Set your heat press to medium pressure.
2. Temperature: Set to 280° to 300°F – suitable for cotton, blends, and polyester.
3. Time: Press firmly for 10 seconds.
4. Peeling: Wait 20–30 seconds after pressing, then peel the transfer sheet off cold.
5. Sealing: Cover with a piece of parchment or teflon and heat press the transfer a second time for 8 to 10 seconds.

Shipping

DTF transfers ship from our Vancouver, BC facility.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST (3:00 PM EST) are typically shipped the same day.

We ship orders using UPS Standard, Purolator Ground, and Purolator Express services.

Purolator Express is typically delivered the next business day to most Canadian addresses.

We offer pick‑up only for DTF orders at our Vancouver showroom — 24 W 2nd Ave, Vancouver, BC. Blank apparel is shipped from our warehouses and cannot be picked up in-store. You will receive an email notification once your DTF order is ready for pick‑up.
