Because of the recent flooding in B.C., we're seeing heavy delays in shipping
For Shipments Going to and From B.C.
To prevent further backlog at the shipping depot, ground shipping from our Vancouver warehouse has been suspended for the time being. Express shipping is experiencing a delay of two to four days. For those that have placed orders using ground shipping before the flooding and have not yet received their order, there is a current delay of 5 to 7 days.
For Shipments Within B.C.
All shipments within the B.C. lower mainland and Vancouver Island regions are being processed, but experiencing a delay of 3 to 5 days. Shipments to and from the B.C. interior and Northern B.C. interiors are only being shipped through Express and have a current delay of 3 to 5 days.
