One size doesn't fit all
The one size fit all hat for flex fit doesn't work for people with L/XL size as it's too tight..I bought because all the L/XL were sold out. I suggest avoiding one size fit all hats for flex fit hats. These are fitted hats and the band is too tight. You can still wear it but it leaves much deeper red mark in forehead. All hats leave a red mark after long wear but this one size fit all is much redder. For occasional wear, it's okay but not everyday were. A hat should not be too tight were it leaves or bruises the forehead, A larger hat you can wear but but a hat too small is unwearable it leaves a bruise scar in forehead after long wear.
