Shipping & Returns

Need to return all or part of your order?  No problem!  Just email 
sales@T-shirt.ca with a complete list of all of the items you
would like to return, including style numbers, colors, sizes and quantities.
Please include your order number.  We will reply with return instructions.

Returns
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Altered or washed garments are not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by T-shirt.ca
Returns without a RA # will be refused.
Claims must be made within 15 days from receipt.
Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.

Cancellations
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment. 
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

Need your order FAST?  No problem!  All in stock orders placed before
11:00AM PST are shipped the same day.

Shipping Time
Orders are shipped from warehouses from Ontario or British Columbia depending on proximity and availability.  Most orders are delivered 1 to 3 business days after being placed. We will notify you within 24 hours if items you ordered are out-of-stock.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via Purolator. Next day option are avilable, please contact customer service for a quote.
Expedited shipping options and quotes are available at checkout.
Orders shipped from multiple warehouses may incur additional shipping charges.
