How can I rush my order?

Our website does not calculate rush shipping charges. If you need your order to be sent over night, please contact our customer service representative and request a quote. Please note: to ensure your order leaves the same day, your order should be in before 11:00 Am PST.

How soon can I have an order?

In stock orders placed before 11:00AM PST will be shipped the same day via Purolator. Larger orders may be shipped by truck. Most orders are delivered 1 to 2 days for customers located in major Canadian cities and surrounding areas. Rural customer can expect 3 to 6 days.

How can I check the status of my order?

The status of your order will be updated online. Please login to check the status.

Is there better pricing for bulk orders?

If you’re looking for a quantity greater than 500 units, we consider this a bulk order and can offer better pricing. Please email your requests to Sales@T-shirt.ca   

Do I need an account?

No account needed to place orders. Simply add items to your shopping cart then checkout.

Do you ship COD?

We do not ship orders COD.

Do you accept orders from outside Canada?

We do not ship orders outside Canada or accept orders from parties outside Canada. All orders are shipped within Canada.

Do you have a minimum order?

We do not have a minimum order, however the minimum shipping fee will apply.

How do I return an order?

You can return items within 15 days of receipt, items that have been washed, warn or imprinted cannot be returned.  Shipping is not refundable. Please contact us with the items you would like to return, we will contact you with a return number to be visible printed on the package. Once the items have been inspected and approved a credit will be issued. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. Do you offer printing or embroidery?

We do not offer printing or embroidery service. We sell first quality blank apparel at low prices, but a lot of our customers offer these services!
